Kari Jobe’s The Garden – music review

Kari Jobe’s The Garden Giveaway

Kari Jobe’s latest album, The Garden, is steeped in steeped in beautiful worship of God. Every track will have you on your knees in prayer.  With her rich, gorgeous voice, Kari leads you into the throne room of the Father where you’ll stay for the next hour praising Him for all His goodness and grace.

There are 14 tracks on The Garden, two of which features her husband Cody Carnes.  The CD comes with an insert that contains the lyrics of all the tracks.  Kari shares her heart for this project in the insert:

This album was written through the ebbs and flows of walking through this very truth (heartache and loss).  The songs are personal, raw and honest because they helped me sing my way into trust and faith when it was hard.

Kari’s sharing of such personal struggles helps to bring the listener into an understanding of such a wholehearted trust in God’s goodness for us.  Finding inspiration from life’s joys and hardships, Kari leans into the firm foundation of Christ through it all.

Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-winning Kari Jobe is one of the premiere female worship leaders in Christian music. Coming off her last live album, Majestic, which featured the worship anthem “Forever” and radio hit “I Am Not Alone,” Kari Jobe has returned to the studio to record her new album, The Garden, full of brand new worship anthems for the church and for personal reflection. She’s currently on tour in North America promoting her latest release.

  1. I LOVE Good, Good Father by Chris Tomlin. The first time I heard it, I couldn’t even sing along in church. I was so blown away by the lyrics!

  2. My favorite worship song at the moment is Holy Spirit by Kari Jobe. It just ushers you into His Presence, filling you with His Spirit, awakening His Spirit within you, and leading you into worship!
